A Study Inspired By The Holy Spirit

Peace,

I have been led to do this study. May those who have ears to hear, hear what the Holy Spirit is revealing. Please read about Ezekiel's temple and compare it with New Jerusalem.

Let's look first at Revelation 21:9 And there came unto me one of the seven angels which had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues, and talked with me, saying, Come hither, I will shew thee the bride, the Lamb's wife.

Okay verse (9) speaks of one of the seven angels coming to speak with John. The angel asked John to come with him he was going to shew him the bride, the Lambs wife. We know the Lamb is Yahushua/Jesus. Who is the bride the angel was going to shew John?

Let's look at  Revelation 21:10 10 And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and shewed me that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God,

So, we see in verse (10) The angel carried John in the spirit to a great high mountain. He shewed John that great city, the holy Jerusalem. It was descending out of heaven from God.  But we still need to see who the bride was.

Let's go back to Revelation 21:2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.

This verse (2) above shows us the holy city, the new Jerusalem, was coming down from God out of heaven. prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.

In verse (9) we see that the John was being shewn the bride who is the Lambs wife.

Let's read in scripture to find truth about who the bride is. I do not believe the bride is the church (believers) as others do and let me point out why.

We see above that the bride being presented to the Lamb (Jesus) is new Jerusalem. We also see that this place new Jerusalem is literal physical place. In Revelation 21:11-23 we can read the description of the bride, new Jerusalem.

Now, let's look to see who will dwell in new Jerusalem. We now know through the above scripture that new Jerusalem is the bride. So, who is invited to the wedding feast between the Lamb (Jesus) and the bride, new Jerusalem? Revelation 21:24 24 And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it.

The nations of them which are saved will walk in the light of the new Jerusalem. And the kings of the earth will bring their glory and honor into it. Amen!?!?

So, who are the nations of them which are saved? It is the earth and all the nations and all those who dwell in those nations who believe in Yahushua/Jesus as their Savior.

And who will NOT dwell in the new Jerusalem? Revelation 21:27 27 And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life.

In HIM with love,
Cassie
