Friends, Joan the baptist blog has been blessed with viewers from all over the world. It has also been blessed with believers and nonbelievers in Jesus. I take NO credit for this blog. I was led by the Holy Spirit to create it. I was told in the Spirit what to write and how to write it. Which worship and praise songs to post and which scriptures to use. Again, not of me but from the Holy Spirit.

Now let's get to what was been placed on my heart. Folks, it is very sad that MOST and yes I mean MOST Christians are doing a great disservice to our heavenly Father by promoting "worldly" news and events, theories and false doctrines. 

Why are believers not reaching out to the lost with the good news about Jesus? Why are we filling the minds of believers and nonbelievers with fear? I hear so many say they are watchman and they are warning the people. What are you warning them about? Ah, yes the two edged sword. Your warning them of the coming destruction to the United States and to the world and then you'll warn them of Jesus coming and to repent and then you'll tell them of a rapture and then you'll tell them God is in control and then you'll tell them Obama is the anti-Christ and then you'll tell them don't fear. THIS CONFUSION IS OF THE DEVIL!!

Let's get into the bible folks and read what it says. Let's interpret it as it is written. We need to keep our flesh out of it. Did the apostles walk around preaching of earthquakes and chem trails and governments that are corrupt or aliens or UFO's or the rapture as most believe? NO!!! They went into the world preaching the good news about Jesus Christ, they cast demons out in the name of Jesus, they healed the sick, raised the dead and edified their brethren and comforted the lost. ALL IN THE NAME OF JESUS!!

Why oh why have we allowed worldly junk to fill our minds? We have lost our focus and we have lost our purpose. We have given into the flesh, pride and ego's are running a muck. If an earthquake comes so be it. If nuclear war comes so be it. If famine comes so be it. If drought comes so be it. What does it matter if all of this comes to this world? We are so missing the point of what truly matters.

 SALVATION  that's what matters. The lost need to hear of Jesus. They need to hear the gospel. They need to hear about repentance. They need to know Jesus died, was buried and was raised and now sits on the right hand of God in heaven.We need to teach them the kingdom of heaven is NOW! We need to tell them they can have eternal life through Jesus. By HIS grace are debt is paid. Are we telling the lost this and only this?
