Moses & Elijah? Revelation 11: 6 These have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days of their prophecy: and have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to smite the earth with all plagues, as often as they will.

This study won't be long I just want to bring something to your attention about the two witnesses and Elijah.

 Please pray for wisdom and understanding. May the Father lead you to all truth.

Let's go to the book of Revelation chapter 11. The two witnesses. Let's see what the two witnesses will do. Revelation 11: ⁶ These have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days of their prophecy: and have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to smite the earth with all plagues, as often as they will.

Does this sound familiar to you? Exodus 7:19¹⁹ And the Lord spake unto Moses, Say unto Aaron, Take thy rod, and stretch out thine hand upon the waters of Egypt, upon their streams, upon their rivers, and upon their ponds, and upon all their pools of water, that they may become blood; and that there may be blood throughout all the land of Egypt, both in vessels of wood, and in vessels of stone.

This was Moses. God used Moses to smite the waters with his rod and turn them to blood. Let's read on. There were ten plagues. God used Moses to do all of this. 

• the River Nile turned to blood
• frogs
• lice and mosquitoes
• flies
• diseased livestock
• boils
• thunder and hail
• locusts
• darkness
• death of the firstborn

Let's go on... 

God not stops the rain for three years. HE answered Elijah's prayer. 1 Kings 17:117 And Elijah the Tishbite, who was of the inhabitants of Gilead, said unto Ahab, As the Lord God of Israel liveth, before whom I stand, there shall not be dew nor rain these years, but according to my word.

We see that Elijah stopped the rain. We see also in Revelation 11 that the two witnesses will do the same as these two prophets. Is Elijah and Moses these the two witnesses? Please pray on this.
