9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,

Peace...

I was in prayer and asked Yah/God to reveal to me truth about the rapture as many feel it is near. I was shown verse 9 and knew my prayer was answered.  I pray you read this with an open mind and heart. Please bring it before Yahuah/Father in prayer HE will reveal all truth.

2 Thessalonians 2

3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.
5 Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things?
6 And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time.
7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.
8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:
9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,
10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
13 But we are bound to give thanks alway to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth:
14 Whereunto he called you by our gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.
15 Therefore, brethren, stand fast, and hold the traditions which ye have been taught, whether by word, or our epistle.
16 Now our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God, even our Father, which hath loved us, and hath given us everlasting consolation and good hope through grace,
17 Comfort your hearts, and stablish you in every good word and work.

The last day is the resurrection of the just. Is this not the resurrection of the dead in Christ? This diagram is what I understand  to be true of the scriptures. The wrath will come upon the un-believers at the end of the Great Tribulation BUT before the wrath of Yah/God the saints will be removed.

1 Thessalonians 5:9, “… God did not appoint us to wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ…,” should not be understood to exclude the possibility of Christians’ going through tribulation, even the Great Tribulation, much as we would prefer otherwise. The Apostle Paul understood that Christians may suffer in this life: “It is necessary to pass through many troubles [or tribulations] on our way into the kingdom of God.” (Acts 14:22b)

Friends look real close to the scripture below... Matthew 24.15, 21, 29-31, 33, 36 — So when you see the abomination that causes desolation, spoken of by the prophet Daniel, standing in the holy place” (let the reader understand) … at that time there will be great tribulation, the kind that hasn't taken place from the beginning of the world until now and never will again! Immediately after the tribulation of those days: The sun will be darkened, and the moon will not shed its light; the stars will fall from the sky, and the celestial powers will be shaken. Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky, and then all the peoples of the earth will mourn; and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. He will send out His angels with a loud trumpet, and they will gather His elect from the four winds, from one end of the sky to the other. Now concerning that day and hour no one knows—neither the angels in heaven, nor the Son —except the Father only.

Let's look closely at the highlighted verse.... "AND THEN ALL THE PEOPLES OF THE EARTH WILL MOURN; AND THEY WILL SEE THE SON OF MAN COMING ON THE CLOUDS OF HEAVEN WITH POWER AND GREAT GLORY"

ALL peoples will still be on earth....The saints on earth that go through the GREAT tribulation spoken in Matthew HE will send HIS angels with a loud trumpet, and they will gather HIS elect from the four winds, from one end of the sky to the other. If the gathering of the saints are gathered BEFORE the coming of Yahushua/Jesus why did Yahushua/Jesus not speak this in Matthew???

A sister in Christ just emailed me about this very subject.... I was led by the Spirit to write and research scripture and other means to help with the truth when IS the rapture?  Now let's continue...

The rapture spoken of in 1 Thessalonians 4:14-18 Since we believe that Jesus died and rose again, in the same way God will bring with Him those who have fallen asleep through Jesus. For we say this to you by a revelation from the Lord: We who are still alive at the Lord's coming will certainly not precede those who have fallen asleep. For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the archangel's voice, and with the trumpet of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are still alive will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air; and so we will always be with the Lord. Therefore encourage one another with these words.
The saints who have died  and are sleeping will return to their bodies (absent from the body present with the LORD) and come with Christ at HIS return and those saints who are alive will  MEET  Yahushua/Jesus in the air.

Let's look at 1 Corinthians 15:51-54 Listen! I am telling you a mystery: We will not all fall asleep, but we will all be changed, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we will be changed. Because this corruptible must be clothed with incorruptibility, and this mortal must be clothed with immortality. Now when this corruptible is clothed with incorruptibility, and this mortal is clothed with immortality, then the saying that is written will take place: Death has been swallowed up in victory.

What happens at the last trumpet?? The dead are raised incorruptible, and we will be changed. "Death has been swallowed up  in victory."

I will close with this...The harvest is the end of the age, and the harvesters are angels. Therefore just as the weeds are gathered and burned in the fire, so it will be at the end of the age. The Son of Man will send out His angels, and they will gather from His kingdom everything that causes sin and those guilty of lawlessness. They will throw them into the blazing furnace where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. Then the righteous will shine like the sun in their Father’s kingdom.

Amen!! HalleluYAH!!!
In HIM with love,
Cassie
