To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen.

Peace,

Blessings to you all in the name of Jesus. I am led to share this and I pray the Holy Spirit guides you in all truth.

First, a follow up on my lambs. Flame is growing and eating so well. Ester is a hoot she tells the rams whose boss. They all get along and the picture you see is Flame and Abe in the chicken coop taking their afternoon nap while the chickens are out scratching for bugs.

This morning a dear sister in Christ sent me an email about a lamb her father would bring home around Easter and let her and her sisters play with it for a week and then the lamb would disappear. Later they learned that this lamb was their Easter dinner.

I thought about my lambs and how difficult it would be if after feeding them and spending time with them that I would soon have to kill them for food. It instantly brought to mind the lambs that were  brought into the Jews homes for fourteen days and then killed for the Passover and the blood was to go on the doorposts while they were in Egypt. They must have grown fond of the cute bah and innocent face.

But it didn't stop there. I then thought about our creator who left the throne of heaven to come to earth as our savior. God stepped into the flesh of man and sacrificed himself for our sins. God in the body of Jesus shed His blood for the sins of this world. Can you imagine what His mother and the disciples were feeling at this time? One they loved was being taken from them in the cruelest way imaginable.

My thinking continued and I thought about God stepping into the flesh of man (Jesus). Through Jesus, God would know our every emotion our every weakness. But He was sinless. He overcame temptation. He came to earth poor. He came here to lay down His life for us. He was crucified, buried and raised again knowing the fall of man.

It started in the garden and continues to the outer ends of the world. The fall of man. I don't know about you all but when I meditate on God's love for us it leaves me speechless.

I would like to share these verses that were shown to me. Malachi 2:1010 Have we not all one father? hath not one God created us? why do we deal treacherously every man against his brother, by profaning the covenant of our fathers?

Ephesians 4:4-6There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; One Lord, one faith, one baptism,
One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.

Jude 1:25 To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen.

In Jesus name with love,
Cassie
